2011-12 Season Begins Sept.7 !!!

The new season starts in less than 2 months!!!!!! Are you ready to return, or ready for a new challenge? We would be happy to have you drop by our Club in the upstairs Hall of the Almonte Arena, Wednesday, September 7. This is the date of our first class and the annual ‘Mississippi Mills at a Glance’ will also be held that same evening on the concrete slab of the arena below. Visit our booth downstairs, come ahead upstairs, or both.

As always, we offer several free trial classes for those who would simply like to give it a try with no commitment. When you are convinced this is the sport/martial art for you simply approach us for details – we vow to be the lowest cost Club, if not the most affordable sport to join.
